Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of joinery tasks, including fitting doors, windows, and kitchen units.


• Carry out basic repair work centred around Joinery.
  
  


• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.


• Complete property refurbishments to a high standard, ready for new tenants.


• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed.


• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.


• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-trade joiner.


• Full UK driver's license.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
