Sales Manager - CEM

My client, a successful Contract Electronics Manufacturer with an established customer base across the UK, are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager, to head up their Sales Team, based in South Wales.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the south wales based role is responsible for the Sales team of 3 and works closely with new business teams internally and externally.

Understanding the CEM market and sales cycle is key to this role!

Requirements of a Sales Manager - CEM

- Manage, support and develop the Sales Team of 3, including account managers and administrators

- Work closely with colleagues from around the business; Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality

- Reporting to support both financial and sales target

- Identify and win new business opportunities with new and existing customers - big picture thinking

- 1st Point of customer contact for escalation/complaints

- Interpret customer expectations and increase customer interaction and retention through strong communication and relationship building

- Basic salary up to £50,000 per annum

- Uncapped bonus potential on new orders (OTE around £20k on top of basic)
