General Manager 

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective resource allocation and revenue generation.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior management role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
