The Bar Manager role:

This role is very much overseeing the bar operations over 4 separate bars and all things beverage for the whole venue.

We are looking for someone one owns the cocktail and drink’s function.

You will coach and train the bar teams within the venue.

The client is looking for tonnes of energy and someone who constantly thinks on their feet, can offer on trend recipes and bring the fun factor back into this site.

Responsibilities

• Stock control and wastage
• Training
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Who will you be?

• We are ideally looking for someone from a high brow cocktail/drink led bar
• The food is very good – someone who has experience on the floor and knows what good service looks like
• Managed your own team and is comfortable delegating
• A creative flair around cocktails
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
