Holt Executive are supporting a global provider of lifesaving and innovative connectivity solutions that connect people and assets around the globe, including in remote and challenging environments.

Our partner is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing Sales team.

This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in developing and executing sales strategy across the Energy, Enterprise, and Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

- Develop strategic sales plans for key clients in energy, enterprise, and government sectors.
- Ensure smooth sales operations by following company procedures and improving forecasting with the Sales Manager.
- Create yearly sales strategies to grow the regional sales team.
- Work with marketing and strategy teams to understand the market, and customers, and plan events to promote solutions.
- Track competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Find new clients by understanding their needs and presenting solutions.
- Manage client expectations by clearly explaining capabilities and timelines.
- Keep clients informed by maintaining clear communication between them and the team.
- Help manage regional budgets and sets sales targets with the management team.
- Provide reports on product improvements, market trends, and customer issues.

Key Skills & Experience Required by the Account Manager:

- Strong foundation working with customers within Energy, Enterprise, & Government clients in the region.
- Solid understanding of and ability to sell “the value” around an integrated, managed solution.
- Minimum 10 years demonstrated and proven record of success in services-based selling.
- Have wide-ranging experience, uses modern selling concepts (as-a-Service) and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
