Salary:- to £65k + Bonus + Bens

Our client, a leading provider of managed services is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a large scale delivery team.
Ideally you would have come from a Managed Services or Service Provider background, being responsible for a large team of operational staff delivering high class, multiple technology services to their customers
You would be a strong leader and can lead by example.

Other responsibilities include budgets, Products, high level customer escalations, strategy, senior stakeholder interaction and be able to implement and enable change.
