Sales Advisor (Signage & Powder Coatings)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £25k + Commission + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm known for bespoke signage and other fabrications.

The Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be engaging with potential clients and introducing the companys products and services.

Duties:



* Conduct cold and warm calls to potential customers


* Manage and develop your own customer base


* Price up jobs and ensure orders are processed accurately


* Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships


* Utilise computer systems for order processing, including Excel and Sage


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Sales representative or in a similar role.


* Ideally have 1 year experience in Sales and customer service.


* Prior experience in Powder coating is preferable


* Basic maths skills for order processing


* Computer literate, with knowledge of Excel


* Experience with Sage would be advantageous.
