Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs accurately based on specifications and drawings.


• Purchase materials from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing.


• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with valued clients.

Qualifications needed:

• Proven experience as an estimator, ideally within the architectural metalwork or construction industry.


• Strong negotiation skills with a background in purchasing materials.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
