Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

COREcruitment is working with a dynamic and growing booking agency specialising in booking and managing talent across various entertainment industries.

They are seeking an proactive and detail-oriented Booking Agent to join the team.

The Booking Agent will be responsible for securing performance engagements, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics for their clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new talent.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring favourable terms for clients while maintaining company profitability.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate all logistical aspects of bookings, including travel arrangements, accommodation, technical requirements, and rider specifications.
• Database Management: Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and client information in the company’s CRM system.
• Financial Management: Manage booking budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process or events.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
