About the Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking a General Manager to take charge of a small yet vibrant site within a renowned restaurant brand.

You’ll be responsible for perfecting the fundamentals, hitting targets, and fostering an exceptional guest experience.

With a strong hospitality background, preferably in a branded setting, and experience in both FOH and BOH operations, you’ll be pivotal in driving the business forward.

This role offers not only the opportunity to lead a team of 16 but also to manage key aspects like scheduling, floor operations, stock control, and team development.

• Experience as a General Manager in a branded, full-service environment
• Strong leadership skills, with cross-training in FOH and BOH
