NEW ROLE Residential Conveyancer / Lawyer 58163

My client a leading & reputable legal 500, multi-sector firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Lawyer to assist within their New-Build Conveyancing department based in Manchester or Liverpool.

You can be a qualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earner with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a new-build property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess a solid understanding of investor relations and financing, particularly with investor purchases and portfolio mortgages, particularly where the lender is separately represented.

Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential

My client is offering an excellent package that includes:
