Employer’s Liability Solicitor – Fast Track Cases

My client, one of the Northwest’s leading Personal Injury Solicitors, is looking for a qualified Lawyer (or qualified by experience) to join their growing Employers Liability department.

The Role: You will manage your own caseload of predominantly pre- and post-issue fast track employer’s liability cases.

My client values tenacity, enthusiasm, and ability above all else.

Requirements:

- Proven billing track record handling a litigated caseload.
- Experience in EL fast-track cases, including portal work.
- Knowledge of CPR and Proclaim case management system.
- Ability to take on challenging cases and see them through to trial.
