Finance Director

• Salary: £100-130k + package

We are excited to partner with a leading company in the Environmental Services sector to recruit a highly skilled Finance Director for their Treatment Division, which manages several key PFI contracts.

In this pivotal role, the Finance Director will oversee financial management, reporting, risk management, and compliance, while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability and success of the division, fully aligned with the broader strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial oversight for a revenue portfolio of £250m.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage PFI contract compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Drive strategic financial planning and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE), a proven track record in senior financial roles, and expertise in managing PFI contracts.
