This role offers the chance to lead within a dynamic, premium environment and help craft an extraordinary guest experience.

The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all beverage operations across two bars, managing a team of approximately 10.

With a particular focus on tequila, cocktails, sake, and international wines, the role involves liaising with suppliers, developing cocktail menus, and collaborating with a Sommelier to curate the wine list.

The aim is to deliver a best-in-class, contemporary offering that stands out from the crowd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
• Proven experience with tequila, sake, and cocktail menu development
• WSET Level 3 qualification preferred
• Recruit, train, and develop your team
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
• Maintain high standards of staff performance and exceptional customer service
• Ensure budget targets are met on-site
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and rota management in partnership with the General Manager
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service offerings
• Lead the development of cocktail menus
• Monitor and control the financial performance of the bar operations
