I am working with a top-tier Italian fine dining restaurant in Soho, looking for an ambitious and dedicated Pastry Chef to assist on the pastry section at this renowned location.

The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including classic Italian à la carte, fine dining options, set menus, and a lively weekend brunch.

Key Requirements:


  • A deep passion for Italian cuisine, particularly classic deserts .
  • Experience in premium restaurants with a fast-paced service environment.
  • Hands-on approach to cooking with high-quality ingredients.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards across the kitchen.
  • Ability to work well within a large team and report effectively to senior management.
