What You'll Do:

• Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of all technical systems.
• Respond quickly to technical issues and service requests.
• Collaborate with various departments to support overall hotel operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Play a crucial role in delivering an impeccable guest experience.

Who You Are:

• Experience in managing or supervising technical support, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to lead and work alongside a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Passion for maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
• Familiarity with a variety of technical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
