What You'll Do:

• Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of the hotel’s facilities and infrastructure.
• Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain records of facility management activities.
• Ensure the hotel meets safety and compliance standards.

Who You Are:

• Experience managing facilities in the hospitality or related sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with facility management systems.
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems.
• Passion for creating an exceptional environment for guests and staff.
