Band 5 Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join an Older Adults Team in Norwich.

This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for helping older adults maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Location: Norwich


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM


• Rate: £19 per hour (LTD) £17.30 (PAYE inclusive)

What You'll Do: As part of our Older Adults Team, you will be responsible for conducting community-based assessments, working closely with individuals to support their health and well-being, and developing personalized care plans to promote independence in daily living.
