Financial Accountant

Job Description:

Are you a Financial Accountant available for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity to join our asset management client on an initial 12-month contract.

• Qualified accountant with a strong academic record


• Previous Financial Services experience preferred


• Strong awareness of global accounting standards, preferably US GAAP and IFRS

• Responsible for the production of regulatory returns and ad-hoc project work.


• Completion of quarterly consolidated IFRS reporting ensuring that US GAAP to IFRS adjustments are appropriate and documented.


• Provide added value commentary surrounding movements in the P&L and Balance Sheet


• Actively searching for process improvements within the role.


• Build relationships with cross functional to enhance working relationships and improve analytical review on legal entities
