My client, a vibrant, upscale restaurant, is seeking a skilled Sommelier to curate an exceptional wine selection and enhance the overall guest experience.

The role involves managing the wine list, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring the highest standards of wine service.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a unique and dynamic restaurant.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive understanding of wine varieties, regions, and pairing techniques to curate and manage an exceptional wine list
• Relevant certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET) demonstrating expertise and professionalism
• Strong skills in delivering personalized wine recommendations and creating a memorable experience for guests
• Experience in managing wine inventory, including ordering, storage, and cost control
