We are working with a renowned hotel in Nashville, TN, known for their exceptional service.

The client is now seeking an experienced Director of F&B to lead the team and drive the department to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality standards
• Manage the preparation, presentation of food and beverages, and coordination of special events
• Provide strategic input on marketing opportunities, budget development, and operational improvements
• Supervise subordinate managers and address escalated issues requiring collaboration with other departments

What they’re looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor teams, maintaining high morale and performance even under pressure
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges, quickly problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic situations
• Energetic and hands-on, with excellent multitasking abilities and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
