They are now looking for a Group VP of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role focuses on designing a comprehensive food safety and quality assurance model for all subsidiaries, supporting growth in new markets like retail and business customers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining documentation for audits, and guiding product quality validation processes.

The position also involves training staff on FSQA programs and managing supplier compliance to uphold robust sourcing standards while minimizing customer complaints related to product quality.

What they are looking for:

• Over 10 years of experience in food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within a food manufacturing facility or related industry
• Strong knowledge of OSHA protocols in a commissary environment, along with competency in Electronic Quality Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma principles
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage key stakeholders
