The Role

Our client, a Michelin-award-winning hospitality group, is searching for a Director of Operations to lead their exclusive private members’ concept.

This role will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring service excellence, member satisfaction, and alignment with the group’s high standards.

The Director will also collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, drive strategic growth, and uphold the brand’s prestigious reputation in a luxury setting

What they are looking for:

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with specific experience in nightlife operations essential; background in private membership dining concepts is advantageous
• Strong financial and business skills, including budgeting, analysis, and decision-making, with the ability to make sound, independent choices for the benefit of the business
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency with email and phone communication
• Superior customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and people management skills to foster a positive member experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with a strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards
