We are looking for a Children Advanced Practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Team

This role requires a social worker qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

Role
You will join a team to support social workers to build relationships with children and family to effect positive outcome, help promote the welfare of children with disabilities.

You will be responsible to supervise complex assessments, complete care plans, chair CIN meetings, planning meetings, Core Groups and PLO meetings in the absence of, or as required by the Team Manager.

You will be a reliable, dependable team member and a strong team player.

About you
A social worker must have a minimum of three years' experience and have a degree within social work (Degree/ DipSW/CQSW).

Experience of statutory childcare social 3 App/Int work, including safeguarding, child protection and care proceedings.

The potential individual will be enthusiastic and committed to work in a front-line setting, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A valid UK driving license is essential.
