We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults within the community to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

Implementing care plans and packages, ensuring service users and their family/ carers have the relevant resources to thrive, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA's are all key responsibilities in this post.

This team works with a wide variety of service users with a multitude of needs to promote and support independent as much as possible.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position.

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings.

A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is essential for this role.
