Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive ITOM solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Client engagement and Consulation: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions using ITOM capabilities.
• Lead the architecture, configuration, and customisation of ITOM processes, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with best practices.
• Mentor and guide technical teams in ITOM best practices and implementation strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, delivering value-driven solutions that meet client objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ServiceNow ITOM Architect.
• Strong knowledge and confidence of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
• Expertise in IT operations, including monitoring, automation, and service modelling.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM are advantageous.
