MARKETING DIRECTOR – SOUTHEAST ASIA

Very exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director to join this International Hospitality Group

This role of the Marketing Director involves developing and implementing a brand’s strategy and campaigns.

The main duties include overseeing the marketing department, building a marketing plan and conducting competitor research.

Key Skills, experience & attributes required for this role:

• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Developing promotions along with Advertising Managers.
• Building brand awareness, including positioning.
• Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Compiling lists that describe the company’s offerings.
• Developing and understand finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.
• Identifying the company’s potential customers.
• Creating and manage advertising campaigns.
• Dynamic, creative, solution-orientated and results driven individual Strong understanding and proven track record leading Marketing campaigns
• Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
• Broad Marketing experience including team management, brand management and creative direction
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English 
• Highly organized and can work under strict deadlines
• Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design is important.
• Able to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors and clients.
  
  They can transition seamlessly among projects of varying scale, audience, format and distribution channel
• Management of digital and performance marketing are essential.
  
  Knowledge of online technology and implementation with interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook, Tiktok and

Twitter, Instagram, and Wordpress etc.

Salary Package Offered: USD5000 plus allowances
