Quantity Surveyors

A facade company is looking for two (2) Quantity Surveyors to work on exciting projects in London.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + 25 days holiday
Location: London-based projects (Hybrid: site, office, and remote work flexibility)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: February

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and cost control for construction projects valued between £5M and £10M.


• Conduct cost analysis, valuations, and forecasting.


• Procure subcontractors and materials efficiently.


• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.


• Collaborate with project teams to align costs with objectives.


• Mitigate risks and handle dispute resolution effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction quantity surveying.


• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.


• Knowledge of relevant construction practices and regulations.
