Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflows, scoped applications, and customisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly advantageous.
