Our client, a renowned luxury dining brand specializing in high-end catering, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their 25-person culinary team.

This role will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, and the execution of sophisticated catering events.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for excellence to ensure every event reflects the brand's impeccable standards.

• 5+ years’ kitchen leadership experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury catering environments
• Proven ability to develop innovative, high-quality menus tailored to upscale clientele
• Strong team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a 25-person culinary team effectively
• Expertise in kitchen operations, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Open availability to accommodate the demands of high-end catering, including weekends and evenings when needed
