Resort Front of House Manager – Turks & Caicos – Up to $5k per month

Our client, a luxury resort, is currently seeking a Front of House Manager to lead their guest services team.

This role will focus on ensuring an exceptional guest experience and overseeing smooth service operations in a prestigious, high-end environment, with the aspect of upselling to maximize strategies.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a luxury resort or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and concierge software.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English, with a second European language preferred
• Caribbean experience, or tropical island hotel experience an asset
