What You’ll Do:

• Manage two experienced Group Managers, providing clear guidance, motivation, and support to help them develop and achieve their goals.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of multiple locations, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals, develop new initiatives, and ensure alignment with the broader business objectives.
• Monitor financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Explore and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, maximise revenue, and develop new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with HR to identify talent needs, recruit top candidates, and invest in training and development for your team.
• Champion an exceptional customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s high standards.
• Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
