Warehouse Operator

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - CONTRACT & PERMANENT - OXFORD

A biotech R&D client in Oxford are seeking a number of Warehouse Operators to join their operations, contributing to groundbreaking developments in mRNA technology.


In this dynamic role, you'll be a critical part of the supply chain, ensuring the smooth flow of production materials, supporting manufacturing processes, and driving operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, uphold high safety standards, and contribute to the cutting-edge work happening in manufacturing facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries to internal teams and manage SAP transactions.

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and oversee material cleaning for manufacturing use.

  • Manage expired materials and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Lead warehouse operations to support manufacturing needs efficiently and effectively.


Experience required:

  • Warehousing operations experience in a GMP environment (or similar)

  • Deliveries and goods receipting

  • Locating in appropriate locations including FLT counter-balanced operation - must have experience and license

  • QA release documentation collation

  • Order picking

  • Planning and scheduling

  • Goods yard operation

  • Loading and unloading via docks / dock levelers

  • Scanning and entries into SAP

  • Working as part of a supply chain team
