Job Title General Manager – Luxury Venue & Golf Course

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus  

Location: Essex

I am working with a luxury venue in Essex who are seeking an experienced General Manager to run the multi-faceted site.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing SOPs, driving the commercial strategy, developing the team, and ensuring guest experience and a five-star service is at the forefront of all decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Enhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadership 
• Support all departments to ensure their operations perform successfully  
• Develop and drive the business strategy  
• Ensuring all health and safety and compliance requirements are met 
• Monitor and manage all costs to maximise profitability 
• Continuously strive to improve guest experience  
• Recruitment, training and development of the team
