Pay Rate: Days £27ph Nights £30ph

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health and well-being assessments tailored to individuals with learning disabilities.


• Administering prescribed medications, monitoring side effects, and evaluating their effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff.


• Working closely with psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary team.


• Continuously assessing and documenting changes in patients' mental health and behaviour.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Must have Mental Health Nursing degree.
  
  


• 12 months post qualification experience required.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | £24.29ph PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
