We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to join one of the UK’s leading hospitality groups and help shape the future of the business.

This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media and CRM, a creative mindset to think outside the box, and the ability to lead a team of marketers while driving innovative, results-focused campaigns.

What’s the role? 

This is about delivering a message – providing strategic leadership with a commercial understanding of driving sales.

You will have full accountability over large scale and regional campaigns, culture, future proofing the brand, perception, website, social media and PR.

This is a fast-paced environment which operates consistent growth and changing platforms. 

Who will you be? 

• We are looking for experience here in a quality, diverse and fast-moving brand - ideally in hospitality  

• Be responsible for the execution and delivery of the brand – through all platforms inclusive of Digital 

• Ability to own agency relationships 

• Commercial mindset - this is about growing sales 

• Managing the budget – working alongside Finance teams 

• Mentoring and development of team 

• Ability to collaborate with Operations team 

• Creative in your way of thinking but can demonstrate their success and delivery of a brand plan. 

• Detailed with tonnes of enthusiasm for the role and hospitality in general. 

• Someone who can think outside of the box 

• Incredibly organised and always future planning
