Salary: £90k + 20% Bonus

The ideal Head Chef will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a commitment to fresh, fine-dining quality ingredients.

You’ll be tasked with overseeing large teams of chefs through busy services and managing operations from both a culinary and back-of-house perspective.

The Head Chef they are looking for:

• A dynamic leader with extensive experience in high-volume, premium restaurants.
• Skilled in leading and training large kitchen teams, ensuring high standards during every service.
• Hands-on with food preparation, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant’s fine dining ethos.
• Knowledgeable in BOH administration, including stock control, ordering, and compliance.
• Calm, organised, and confident under pressure, with a focus on building team morale.
• Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing restaurant group.
