Event Sales Manager – Washington DC – Up to $70k + Commission

The Role
- Plan events from start to finish, ensuring all requirements, objectives, and target audience needs are met
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors while preparing and adhering to budgets
- Collaborate with operations and relevant teams to confirm all event details and ensure smooth execution
- Address any issues during events, analyze their success, and provide reports to the Director of Operations
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager, with strong knowledge of marketing techniques for successful event management
- Hospitality background and mindset!
- Experience with Tripleseat, OpenTable, and MS Office
- Confidence to communicate effectively to negotiate contracts and provide excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
