Event Sales Manager – Washington DC – Up to $70k + Commission

The Role

• Plan events from start to finish, ensuring all requirements, objectives, and target audience needs are met
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors while preparing and adhering to budgets
• Collaborate with operations and relevant teams to confirm all event details and ensure smooth execution
• Address any issues during events, analyze their success, and provide reports to the Director of Operations

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager, with strong knowledge of marketing techniques for successful event management
• Hospitality background and mindset!
• Experience with Tripleseat, OpenTable, and MS Office
• Confidence to communicate effectively to negotiate contracts and provide excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
