The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a standout Operations Manager to join a luxury restaurant group.

As part of a growing company, you’ll bring experience in opening new locations and managing multiple sites.

Working closely with the owner, you’ll play a key role in enhancing service, raising standards, and driving sales.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee multiple P&L accounts, budgets, costs, and labor
• Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate, and manage team performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy development
• Lead and mentor the senior management team
• Ensure adherence to high standards, company systems, and procedures
• Work with managers to drive sales growth
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet company targets and KPIs

Experience Needed:

• New Openings Experience: Proven track record in successfully opening new restaurants or venues.
• Luxury Restaurants/Venues: Strong background in managing high-end, luxury dining establishments.
• Managing Multiple Locations: Experience overseeing and coordinating operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and quality.
