My client has some very successful high quality gastro pub which have a strong emphasis on fresh, locally produced dishes and fantastic wine.  

They are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join this stunning restaurant, but also this company has some great sites across zone 1 – the place that is cool to hang out with friends or have a good night out; a keen entrepreneur would be perfect to push the business forward.  

The Role involves developing the FOH team, amending to current trends, structuring of the operation, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards 

The ideal candidate will be a true “foodie” and have lots of flair and imagination, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to drive the business forward from the forefront.  You will be a good all-round manager, be able to train and develop your staff to get the best out of them.
