Are you an experienced Senior Technical Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity with a ServiceNow partner expanding to South Africa? Our client is seeking a talented individual with expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions in IT Operations Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Utilise your expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM.
  • Proven leadership in Implementations, advanced technical proficiency.
  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS) are highly advantageous
  • Right to work in South Africa
