Job Title: Restaurant General Manager – Branded Hotel - Gatwick

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Location: Gatwick

I am recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for a branded hotel in Gatwick.

We are looking for a born leader who has experience working in high volume restaurants and is a natural leader.

As Restaurant General Manager you will offer a hands-on approach along with ensuring the team deliver the highest level of service.

The successful candidate

• Must have previous experience restaurant management experience
• Exceptional attention to detail & flawless communication skills
• A natural leader
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Passionate about F&B and customer service
