Our client is opening a destination restaurant concept with a cocktail bar offering breathtaking city views.

The venue will feature modern French dishes with influences from Mediterranean cuisines, all while providing breathtaking views of London.

They seek a skilled and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen in this innovative concept. 

As the Head Chef, you will manage the kitchen's daily operations and menu development.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing stock control, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch food preparation and presentation.

This is a fantastic chance to play a vital role in launching a unique, upscale dining experience in one of London's prime locations. 

Key Requirements:

• Experience in French and Mediterranean cooking, preferably with a focus on modern French bistro cuisine. 
• At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting. 
• Committed to providing outstanding service and upholding high-quality standards. 
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage a busy kitchen. 
• Experience in training, developing, and inspiring a kitchen team. 
• Solid understanding of financial management, scheduling, wage control, and P&L oversight.
