Head of Bars – Premium Restaurant Group – Up to £70,000

About the Role:

We’re working with an exciting, premium restaurant group that is seeking an exceptional Head of Bars to lead and elevate their bar operations across multiple venues.

As the Head of Bars, you will oversee the bar strategy, operations, and team development.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-calibre environment where you’ll drive excellence, innovation, and profitability across the bars within the group.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth, efficient bar operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing all suppliers and onboarding new ones to maintain high-quality product availability.
• Overseeing overall business operations, ensuring that the bars run efficiently and profitably.
• Reviewing products regularly and evaluating the performance of your team.
• Ensuring that drinks served meet the highest quality standards to provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, specifically within the restaurant industry (Group Bars Manager or Head of Bars).
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a premium setting.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and manage budgets.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to innovate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
