Head of Personal Injury – Leading Opportunity Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £70k

Are you an experienced Personal Injury solicitor with a proven track record of managing successful teams and handling a variety of claims? My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to lead a thriving department as the Head of Personal Injury for a respected and growing legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the management and progression of Fast Track and Multi-Track claims across areas such as Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier Liability (OL), and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
- Take charge of and supervise clinical negligence multi-track cases with professionalism and expertise.
- Lead and mentor a small, focused team of personal injury professionals, ensuring quality service and performance.
- Strategically develop the department to meet business goals, enhance efficiencies, and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Essential Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years PQE within the field of Personal Injury law.
- Comprehensive experience managing Fast Track and Multi-Track claims.
- Demonstrable managerial expertise, including the ability to oversee small teams, provide guidance, and inspire growth.
- Strong experience and confidence in handling Clinical Negligence Multi-Track cases.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
