My client is looking for a Chef De Partie for their Private Aviation Catering department.

If you have experience in dealing with high volume kitchens and love the hustle and bustle of a very busy section then I would like to hear from you!

A little about the role:

• Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
• preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Supervision of team members when required
• Cleaning and organization of all work areas to prevent cross-contamination
• Implementation of the mise en place for all relevant meals
• Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful processing of guest inquiries
• Control of food quality and proper storage
• Assistance in controlling costs, optimizing gross profit margins and achieving other financial or departmental goals
• If necessary, support other departments and promote a good working atmosphere
• Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in training all employees to comply with all company regulations
• Reporting maintenance needs, hygiene problems and hazards
• Compliance with hotel safety, fire protection, health, occupational safety and food safety regulations
