This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge Service Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations, delivering high-value solutions to enterprise clients.

As a ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing SPM (formerly ITBM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing ServiceNow platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about transforming business operations through ServiceNow technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions for enterprise clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and develop Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management modules within ServiceNow.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and optimise PPM, Agile, and Financial Management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ServiceNow platform integrations.
• Provide technical expertise and best practice recommendations for SPM workflows and automation.
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, specialising in SPM/ITBM.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Demand, Project, and Portfolio Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
• Experience working with ServiceNow Partners and enterprise customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
• ServiceNow certifications in SPM or related modules (highly desirable).
