We are hiring an Arabic-speaking ServiceNow Process Consultant / ITSM Business Analyst to join a leading organisation in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

The role involves assessing, designing, and improving ITSM processes to align with best practices and business goals.

This position is open to candidates worldwide, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available.

• Analyse and assess existing ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct gap assessments against ITIL4 best practices and ServiceNow out-of-the-box processes
• Develop and implement process improvement roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and define requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Document end-to-end ITSM processes, workflows, and supporting materials
• Support testing, validation, and adoption of new processes
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ITSM frameworks
• Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and industry trends

• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Process Consultant or ITSM Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of ITIL4 and ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Experience in process assessment, gap analysis, and workflow optimisation
• Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Willing to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi (relocation package and visa sponsorship provided)
