They are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a dynamic, high-growth retail business.

This role is pivotal in providing strategic insights to senior leadership, and ensuring strong financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis across multiple regions, overseeing budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial results for senior leadership and the Board.
• Partner with key stakeholders across operations, HR, IT, and business development.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements, ensuring strong controls.
• Drive data-led decision-making through meaningful sales and performance analysis.
• Manage bonus modelling and investment appraisals.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 7+ years’ experience, including 3-5 years in FMCG, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong financial planning, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data, delivering actionable insights.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach and experience managing remote teams.
