We are looking for an experienced fine dining Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our clients restaurant situated inside a luxury hotel.

You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue in this high-end, one-of-a-kind dining venue.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in high-volume restaurant management, preferably in luxury hotel environments.
• Proven experience in managing fine dining outlets and bar operations.
• Strong leadership skills to manage large teams effectively.
• Expertise in delivering exceptional guest service and knowledge of North American hospitality standards.
